At REXX Roofing, we didn’t start this company because the world needed another roofer. We started it because too many good people were getting burned by contractors who overcharge, underdeliver, and disappear the minute the job is “done.”
We’re two families — the Bastis family and the Hernandez crew — who came together to do things differently. One brought the muscle. One brought the structure. Together, we built a company that takes pride in every project like it’s our own home.

Owner & Crew Leader
Edel ran a successful subcontracting company for over 10 years before teaming up with REXX. He’s completed thousands of jobs for top-rated companies and now leads our install crew with unmatched quality and speed. His team is known across the state for getting it done right — and done fast.
Debbie Bastis
Owner & Office Manager
The glue that holds everything together. With over 20 years of contractor admin experience, Debbie runs the show behind the scenes, keeping jobs organized and customers informed. She makes the entire operation hum like clockwork.
